'A committee' is a performative event based on the technique of cards game. The game offers the visitors to the exhibition 'Resistances' to emulate the investigator committee, as a form of contemporary discussion on issues of resistance, ownership, property, belonging, value, shared interests, responsibility, and decision-making.

"The investigator committee" convened in 2003 to hear objections from those who felt affected by the preservation program of Tel Aviv. The committee consisted of role holders: representatives of the municipality, entrusted with safeguarding public interests, who responded to the arguments of the objectors; and the architect, a researcher tasked with clarifying the arguments of both sides and presenting recommendations regarding the acceptance or rejection of the objection to the district committee.
