The Jaffa Art in the City Program is a unique collaboration between two cultural institutions operating in Tel Aviv-Jaffa - Meshulamit Yaffo and Beit Liebling. This program is a residency program aimed at establishing Jaffa as a cultural center, as it was in the past, and providing an innovative framework for artistic and cultural activities that revolves around the urban environment and the vibrant community residing in it. The program prepared three local artists to actively engage in public and community spaces while simultaneously developing and deepening their artistic language and unique creative tools. The program participants were offered workspaces within Jaffa's community centers, along with enriched study content in the fields of urbanism, performance, art and pedagogy, public art, and community-based art.
